- Build long term relationships.
- Set high standards for our vendors, communicate those standards and accept nothing less.
- Help the vendor to perform better.
- Provide our vendors with constructive criticism.
- Always tell the truth to our vendors and expect the truth in return.
- Not accept gratuities or significant gifts from vendors.
- Not allow purchasing decisions to be influenced by gratuities.
- Take advantage of cash discounts whenever possible.
- Maintain professional, ethical relationships with vendors.
