EnviroTech provides the above services (and many more) on schedules that suit your business, cleaning frequencies run from one-time to seven-times per week. Many clients also ask us to provide Day Porter service to ensure that their facilities remain fresh and sanitary all day long.

RestoreTech Restoration Technologies is a highly specialized division of Buttweiler Environmental and offers a broad range of skilled services. RestoreTech is at the ready 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. Services include:

RestoreTech provides the above services (and many more) to both commercial and residential customers. While highly specialized, many of our services are available on a routine or pre-scheduled basis. Our disaster restoration services are available on a 24/7/365 basis. After hours, on weekends, and holidays our customers are assured of an initial response within one hour and usually within 10 minutes of the initial call for help. Skilled and well equipped crews are generally on scene within one hour of the initial contact.
Our customers include private dwellings, property managers, apartments, and every conceivable commercial establishment. Disaster services are often coordinated with insurance agents and adjusters. Detailed estimates are prepared using the industry leading Xactimate estimating software.

HouseWorks Home Services is the third division of Buttweiler Environmental and caters primarily to residential customers and their desire (or need) to free up valuable time in their lives. HouseWorks provides a full range of services which are tailored to customers’ exact specifications. Home cleaning programs are set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and periodic basis. Some customers ask for extra help when the workload gets too heavy, on a seasonal basis, or when preparing for special events and holidays. Available services include:

HouseWorks provides all materials and equipment necessary to service your home. All products are OSHA approved and environmentally friendly. If you have a preferred cleaner or polish, we are happy to obtain it and use it in your home. Our employees are carefully selected with thorough background checking completed prior to employment. Customers’ keys are numerically coded and maintained in a locked cabinet – they are checked out (and in) to your service team on the days of your scheduled service. Finally, we take care of financial responsibility for wages, payroll taxes, and worker’s compensation insurance. Our company is bonded and insured to protect our customers against loss and/or breakage. It is also important to note that RestoreTech is available for all of those specialty services that come up from time-to-time. These specialized services are available to HouseWorks customers at discounted pricing, not to mention the convenience of reduced points of contact.
